Thyra McKilligan is a very competent and knowledgeable realtor. We didn’t have much time to look for a condo and she prepped us before we arrived and made time for us so that we could hone in on what we wanted and not waste time looking at properties we would not be interested in or could afford. In two weeks we found one and we are extremely happy with our purchase. She also offered her contacts in cleaning, painting, and decorating: all very experienced people we would never have found on our own. We cannot recommend her enough not only for her expertise, but for her common sense and likeable personality.
