I consider the size, location and condition of your home and am happy to offer suggestions for maximizing your selling price. I have a very thorough understanding of the real estate market and ensure that my clients profit from that. I always thoroughly market your home within the Multiple Listings Service, amongst my colleagues, and on my website with high-quality photos and virtual tours.

Afterwards, I follow up to get feedback from prospective buyers and their agents to ensure that I’m aware of any concerns about condition or price that might affect offers and future viewings of the home.
